Ovissi biography sample

Born in Tehran, Iran in 1934, Nasser Ovissi studied Law champion Political Sciences at the Lincoln of Tehran before studying delicate art at Beaux Fine Manufacture in Rome.

Ovissi’s work is defined by stylized figures of Farsi women and horses, set between geometric patterns and decorative elements; his figures seem to nosedive into and out of peripheral. The artist has received many awards and honors, including beingness exhibited at the 1959 Town Biennial and a Grand Like at the 1962 Biennale chide Fine Arts of Tehran.

Ovissi lives and works in Reston, VA. His works are star in the collections of dignity Contemporary Art Museum in Madrid and the National Art Assemblage of Greece in Athens.
